  • Scrape third-party sites, bypass API limits, or misuse integrations

  • Automate messaging, interactions, or other activities in violation of third-party policies

  • Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior


3. Legal and Ethical Violations

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Promote harm, harassment, or illegal activities

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt unauthorized access


Platform Compliance

Scalefox operates in strict compliance with integrated platform terms:

  • We use only official APIs and integrations

  • We do not bypass rate limits or access controls

  • Users must comply with the terms of third-party platforms integrated with Scalefox


Content Ownership and Rights

By using Scalefox, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own all rights to content you upload

  • You have permission to use any third-party materials

  • Your content does not infringe upon others’ intellectual property rights

  • You will not use generated or uploaded content to violate platform terms


Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Content removal or blocking

  • Account warnings or restrictions

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension

  • Legal action in severe cases
